In doing a little more research, I am going to have to retract some of what I said. Thanks to a full Quicken search of my records, I found that I actually DID get my credit card charge refunded about a month later so I guess I was one of the lucky ones. But it was a good eye opener and now when anyone calls with any kind of offer (even the free 3 day/2 night stuff) I hang up
