NEVER pay anyone money upfront that claims they can get you out of your contract. They will take your money and then give you the run around until you give up. No one can guarantee to get you out of your contract. If you really want to get rid of it call you home resort and negotiate an exit with them. I got rid of two timeshares in 2011 by negotiating a deed back without paying anyone a penny.
