We own a three bedroom lockout at the Grand Regency and our maintenance fee is $1001; the bill showed up two days ago. The bill came from Missouri Association Management, and I've left my number with them twice, but they haven't called back. They are supposed to have a website up next week with info. I don't feel we should be paying this when the place isn't even usable. I would never pay any fees for them to take it off my hands; if it came to that, we would just get rid of it by defaulting on the maintenance fees. They shouldn't be billing anyone until it is once again usable and back in the II system.
