The people supposedly appointed as interim management have updated the www.colonnade-grandregency.com site and added yet ANOTHER management company taking over.

I'm just going to venture a wild guess that these guys are going to want $$ as well! Maybe we can get a new management fee to take over every quarter and have them all send MF invoices. Whether we've paid or not. Seems to be the trend.
