I am out also - - I sent in my maintenance fees as requested over the yrs, even paid the "buy back option" of $2250.00 and Nothing - - nothing was sent back referring to "deed back" however the check was cashed. I will never visit Branson again and as far as Grand Regency - - they owe me and all of us owners a lot of money.
