I'm sure there are plenty of us on here that own at Grand Regency, such as myself, that would gladly sign over our ownership free of charge if you want it. I own a 2BR at Grand Regency and I'm exhausted from trying to exchange anywhere decent or not wanting to bother staying at Grand Regency due to them not having any decent amenities such as a pool.
