Although I appreciate your criticism very much, I don't believe you have the right figures. My annual maintenance fees are $2100. Not $15,400. And I wasn't particularly asking for your critique as an investor, only some helpful guidance as stated. Thanks again for your response and best of luck on your future endeavors.
