Re: Resort management has changed from Southwind to the Colonnade (by Jeff R.):
We got two notices for the grand Regency meeting on March 5. Trying to decide if I make a 3 1/2 hour drive. I’ve never been to one of the meetings, but I am concerned that Green Lake is putting in the legal mechanism to enforce a collection of maintenance fees and potentially special assessments. I checked the state of Missouri Secretary of State’s website and find that the grand Regency at thousand Hills home owners association Inc. is still registered to interjit. I expect Greenlake. has the legal authority to fix this with the repression rights. At any rate, if greenlake fixes the the buildings, and the HOA pays for new furnishings in the building, I still don’t see where green lake will get a return on their $9 million loan. That leads me to conclude that the only thing they plan to do a sell their interest. Maybe that’s good and maybe it’s not. We are every other year owners and this is our year so I am considering attending because the letter says I could be getting a bill shortly. I have several rescheduling things to take care of so I’m not sure I can make it but I am considering going. Contact me if you’re interested. 316-214-6316
