I wish I had read all of this negative info regarding Westgate I year ago. We purchased a timeshare and so far cannot use it because it is not available when or where we wish to use it. Even at our own unit at Great Smokey Mountains. We just assumed they were such a large organization, they would be on the level. OH NO! They lied during the sales pitch over and over. They give us the run around when we ask questions. "But Mam, I was not there during the sales pitch and I cannot be responsible for what was said." They always have an answer for every thing and will not be responsible for anything. BUYER BE AWARE of Westgate.
