Jacob, we regular posters on Redweek recommend that people should stay away from large upfront fee resale companies. If you charge a large upfront fee, then that include's your company.

There is NO GUARANTEE that any timeshare will be sold or rented, especially in this down economy .... so you stating such is an outright lie.
