In case you don't have access to the article entitled "One Person's ... want", his 5 basic suggestions were:

1) Advertise for sale.

2) Stop paying maintenance fees.

3) Do not provide for inheritance in your will (that one went over my head).

4) Negotiate a termination with your Association.

5) File a Quit Claim Deed.
