YRS IN SAME FEES TO OF COURSE PRESIDENT AT THE TIME OF HOMEONWER'S ASOCIATION...QUIT WHILE YOUR AHEAD NEVER GOT ONE PENNY SAD PART IS STILL AFTER 4 YRS STILL WAITING STAUTE OF LIMITATIONS IS 7...
