It is best to use an attorney who knows the legal ramifications of timeshares. The resorts can place a lien or judgement against you. It doesn't matter if they send you documents or not. I've seen it happen many times before. WWTC/Emery Law will guarantee exit and they will go after any monies paid into the resorts.
