I see from the Court Records that both Marion and Kelly face arraignment hearings which will probably be done by video between the jail and court room tomorrow, the 13th November.

("An arraignment is a court proceeding at which a criminal defendant is formally advised of the charges against him and is asked to enter a plea to the charges. In many states, the court may also decide at arraignment whether the defendant will be released pending trial.")

I also see that Kelly's original defense counsel, the Public Defender for Polk Co. has now withdrawn from representing her due to a conflict of interest as he is defending Marion in the other case that Marion is charged on. A new counsel has now been appointed to represent Kelly.
