One more time ..... As far as Timeshare Values goes .... there is NO Kelly Blue Book on the value of any given timeshare .... the value is only what someone is willing to pay .... this is also a scam.

I don't know what else you are expecting and why you keep asking about this entity unless you have $525 to throw down the toilet.

As far as he wanting a copy of your deed (if it states what you paid initially if you bought from a developer) it has absolutely nothing to do with what you may get (if anything since many timeshares are being given away in thi economy to rid owners of rising yearly maintenance fees) on the resale market.

There are rampant scams in the timeshare industry .... this is just one of thousands.
