Resort management has changed from Southwind to the Colonnade
Hi all--I found this thread on Google. I was researching Inderjit Grewal because he just bought up a couple of hotels in another state (Ohio) and basically said he would fire all the staff, so I wanted to know what his deal was. He sounds like a piece of work. If anyone would be willing to let me know what your experience with him has been, shoot me an email at Michael.Kinnucan@gmail.com . Thanks so much.

We got two notices for the grand Regency meeting on March 5. Trying to decide if I make a 3 1/2 hour drive. I’ve never been to one of the meetings, but I am concerned that Green Lake is putting in the legal mechanism to enforce a collection of maintenance fees and potentially special assessments. I checked the state of Missouri Secretary of State’s website and find that the grand Regency at thousand Hills home owners association Inc. is still registered to interjit. I expect Greenlake. has the legal authority to fix this with the repression rights. At any rate, if greenlake fixes the the buildings, and the HOA pays for new furnishings in the building, I still don’t see where green lake will get a return on their $9 million loan. That leads me to conclude that the only thing they plan to do a sell their interest. Maybe that’s good and maybe it’s not. We are every other year owners and this is our year so I am considering attending because the letter says I could be getting a bill shortly. I have several rescheduling things to take care of so I’m not sure I can make it but I am considering going. Contact me if you’re interested. 316-214-6316

DO NOT PAY any additional fee’s. If we band together and state we refuse to pay these at the upcoming meeting, we can force their hand . This property is too far gone. Do NOT pay any special assessment, which I am sure will be forthcoming. No, I have not received any statement. Tom P

Glenn D. - can I correspond with you about the lawyer you mentioned? They have contacted me via e-mail and are saying they are willing to help me do a deed back, but this is not your normal everyday deed back. I guess I'm thinking they may want the deed back fee which I don't feel I should have to pay. Just curious what your experience was with them. Please e-mail or call me at your convenience. selandrum@bellsouth.net or 662-820-8437.

I couldn't agree more, Inderjit Grewal is a con man. He has stolen money from me through his Music City Centre where he took all the receipts from a magic show I produced in 2014 and then tried to continue using the name doing a second rate crappy rip off of my production. I have also written to Greenlake asking the very same questions: what legitimate business entity would do business with this guy? No Response. Some very questionable business dealing here that I have reported to MO Atty General office. Check also on Hank Griffen, who was deeply involved with Inderjit Grewal in 2014 and I would like to know if he also participated or received some of the misappropriated funds taken from my magic show? Hank Griffen is the city attorney Hollister MO. Keep both eyes open and a hand on your wallet when dealing with the con man known as INDERJIT GREWAL.
