Resort management has changed from Southwind to the Colonnade
Glenn, Have you done any business with the Morrissey Law Office? We sent all our information in May and received a letter back. She wants $1000 with no guarantee that the property can be deeded back. And above that there will be billing of hours of research, reviewing, preparing discovery documents and pleadings and court hearings. Sounds like it could reach several thousand dollars very quickly. Let us know if you have gone any further. Barbara

Thanks for your message Chris! What is the name of the company that you worked with?? I paid 2250 plus 27 dollars with the other guy and he cashed the chedk for 2250 but never cashed the 27dollar check to Tanney county for county paperwork. I am a little leary of this situation but if you had good luck with the "New" management I would like to talk to them also even if I had to pony up 280 more $$ This thing has been a giant Money pit for me we could have rented the fanciest hotel in Branson for practically every year for the amount of money we have wasted in the Grand Regency!. Thanks in advance. Phone #s would help if you have them Robert Hinckley, Pierre, SD

Chris. Your success in vacating this mess is of tremendous interest to us all. Frankly, I am somewhat surprised they facilitated this activity for you? However, once the damn is breached, we can all follow .Please supply us all the following:
1 name of good management contact who assisted you
2 Tanney Co clerk/recorder name( or your contact person)
Congratulations and a job well done!

It is something I started when I first heard from GoodManagement, they originally indicated if we were interested in deeding back we could be placed on a list of those interested in deeding back. I waited and then was finally contacted and given then chance to give them back my week of usage. I had my attorney draft a quick claim deed and submit to GoodManagement and it was processed with Tanney Co. Nothing special, I just took advantage of an opportunity that was provided and followed the ground rules laid out when GoodManagent took over. They told us all there was going to be a limited chance to deed back and I was just patient and 100% courteous with GoodManagement in all my contacting. No threats, no being hostale just being patient.
I wish you all good luck.

Chris, what resort did you own? My husband and I are Grand Regency owners and we talked to Dale yesterday and he said that they can't do deed backs yet. We put our names on the deed back list at the meeting last summer. Again we were told they are just waiting for a few inspections and licences and are ready to open. And that we will be up on Interval International when it is open. Yes, we too have been courteous in all our contacts with Goodmanagement. Barbara

I was at resort just a couple of weeks ago. Jan.17 th week...the place was still a mess and the squatters were still there...I find it interesting that today I get a letter in the mail saying they are ready to open, they are collecting maintenance fees are holding a owners meeting...not sure how that’s going to happen with the way it looked just two weeks ago. We have messed around enough with this place... The last owner, Mr. Grewal apparently has moved on with his life and bought a new resort in another state and just got away with what he did to all of us. Not Right! They really need to let the owners go that want to go! WE have been messed over enough by this place....this is not fair to us! Go after Mr. Grewal for their money he’s the one that messed the bank over not us! He’s the one getting away Scott free... Those that want to stay fine, let them stay....BUT...let those of us that want out....OUT!!! Do what is right!

Lol! 4x maintenance fees to get out of a property you likely haven’t been able to use for the last six years?
How’s about they give us Interval weeks of credit for all the weeks we’ve paid for but been unable to use.....let’s all even up first. I paid 6 years of MF and got to use one. Had to file a complaint with the MO AG starting in 2014 because my checks were getting cashed but I was unable to book or get my time deposited. If they’d like to make that right, then I’ll gladly pony up some $ for either mf or a deedback fee.
Let’s all keep in mind that the schmucks that own the dump are the same ones that loaned $ to Inderjit. They enabled and put him in a position to hose us all, and now expect us to pay for their utter lack of judgement. Want my hard earned $ to subsidize your fleabag operation? Come and get it boys. Come and get it. I’d like to see them enforce mf collections, especially since Inderjit breached contract and did not provide services that were paid for for YEARS. This was not a mistake or error, it was fraud. Try and enforce those contracts, let’s see what you’ve got......in court. Bring it.

$1000 for their fee plus $27 for the recording of the quit claim deed. All in it took about two months. Morrisey said "you no longer own the timeshare". We did get the mailing last week about reopening and the annual meeting, I am hoping that their mailing list has not been updated. We were odd year owners and did not pay any fees for 2019 nothing was said about maintenance fees.
