They take a while to respond. It appears there's a backlog of cases with the FL A-G. You have to be patient.

@ Jamesm1169 I am sorry you fell on thier well orchestrated scam. I almost feel for myself I've search and search up and down this company but I did not see anything and gave myself some time and thought of why I should give this amount to this company? I do not even know about them? (Total Strangers) and they did haven't done anything first. I went and call the Attorney Gen. Office and that's were I found out about them the they are illegally collecting fees upfront before the timeshare closes and will leave you hanging and they are even not licensed to sell timeshares only a marketing company only licensed brokers. I hope for the best outcome.
