Depending on what resort and timeframe you own in this market many timeshares can't even be given away .... exceptions would be some of the higher end timeshares such as some Marriotts, Hyatts, Disney, Hilton's etc. You can offer to give it away on Redweek's bargain basement and, depending on how desperate you are to rid yourself of your timeshare, you could offer to pay this year's maintenance fee and all closing costs.
