Buying, Renting, and Selling Timeshares

Priorities Management - Sale of Timeshare at Mayan Palace Nuevo Vallarta

Sep 19, 2012

Your story doesn't make one bit of sense. No one is going to pay $ 15,000 for a tiemshare you can buy on Ebay for less than $ 1,000. You can post you lies all you want but nobody is going to believe a story like that one. You are obviously a shill for the scammers.

Or maybe could get for $1 or free.

barbarah557, in your first message you list your location as Seattle WA but it looks like you're using an ISP in Mexico.

Also, it looks like you and rosej30 are using the same computer. That's odd, no?

Never pay any entity an upfront fee to list your timeshare for sell or rent .... all they want is that upfront fee .... they do not have an offer in the works to pay double what you paid initially.

It's a scam. Nobody is even going to pay what you originally paid. They lure you in with an offer that is too good to be true to get you to pay an upfront fee then they disappear with your money and never return your calls.

Thank you guys very much... I was scammed once. Also wanted that money up front.. Just was contacted again by Priorities Management told me they would give me more than I paid for the time share, the purchase was prepared to cover the closing costs of $2200, as well as $3500 in title search fees, my only expense was the 8-12% transfer fee... I told them sure as long as you put the money in and take it out of the same account.. :-P They said no it needs to be paid by the seller, I said in this day of technology, no one cares who deposited the money so long as it is deposited... Go ahead pay that take it out of my check.. They said they would not be able to deal with me then, thanks but no thanks that it was a scam for sure.

There was a mention that rosej30 and another person sending messages were using the same computer and not truthful about their locations. Are their emails accessible. I would like to send rosej30 an email. Is that allowed?

It looks like those crazy fun-loving Nigerians have discovered Timeshare resales as a way to relieve people of their money.

Raise your hand if you remember the email scam about needing a small deposit to get a big sum of money out of Nigeria. This sounds like a variation of that theme.

1,000's of people lost millions of dollars on that one.

Redweek posters' emails and ISPs are accessible only to Redweek's staff.
