Bought a week in January 2024 and were supposed to receive 2024 marketing fees plus money from timeshare liquidations in January 2025. No funds received and only multiple excuses since. Would be interested in joining a class action law suit against Kovay and Capital Marketing.

Yep. Us too . They were supposed to take over our other timeshare and never did. The money that was promised we never got. They said we are being charged a 35 percent tax from Mexico. Now capital marketing does not reply anymore

Same story here. Purchased in May 2024, payments promised never happened, just excuses. The latest is the Mexican tax excuse. Capital Marketing does respond to some emails, but it seems they are “form” emails ready to go depending what stage we are at. There have been a few phone calls from them also, promising money will be in account in a couple days. Calling them is useless though as no one ever answers. Some contact with sales person at Kovay on WhatsApp but he seems surprised that no payments have been made yet. Just frustrated, not sure what to do now…

Please let me know what chance you have of any $ Recovery in regards to the Vallarta Gardens scam investment. We invested Jan -March 2023..(forfeit personal occupancy in the 1st year) We have Proof of Investment (Exhibit ‘C’) Ownership. I have notified Capital Marketing the 5 wks each year 2024 & 2025 for rental use, expecting return on our investment but have received new clauses of excuses. Nil proceeds! We thought we would use 2wks of the 5 wks in 2026 to occupy our investment to find out We are allotted 1 wk if we reserve 6 mths in advance after We pay $1650 .. due Feb2026 I regret having fallen for this devious scheme.. Now know as Kovay Vacations. We would like to know if there are any positive results/connections recouping losses Tk U B&B
