Club Land 'or... another fee?!

If you are referring to my last post that mentions a judgement it refers to not showing up or responding to a Virginia summons/warrant in debt The amount claimed as owed is awarded unless you or your representative denies you owe the claimed amount. Since I am not an attorney, suggest calling the Henrico County General District court's office and or contacting a Virginia Attorney.

Did you ever go to court against them? Please let me know asap as they are suing us.

What did you ever do about this? Did you go to court? Please help as we are too.
