I agree with Ken. The majority of culprits are the big corporate names. I got rid of two of them back in 2011 through deed backs. I own one in Las Vegas right next to Bellagio on the Las Vegas strip. It is one of the best kept secrets in the industry. I own a week . I just called them last week to reserve a week in September . Within ten minutes I had a confirmation email and I was able to book my flights.
Like Ken stated it's a small independently owned timeshare run by elected members who devote their time and efforts to run it efficiently. Not only do they keep the maintenance fees low but they bill us quarterly so we don't get hit with a large bill once a year. I can't say enough about the quality of the timeshare . They keep on top of the maintenance and I have never had a complaint with them .
There aren't that many of them left and I feel very fortunate that I found this gem . I only use it to stay at that location and never trade it for another . I always let them know how grateful I am for their time and efforts to keep it that way .
