Resort management has changed from Southwind to the Colonnade
Just now finding out about Colonnade. Husband and I are owners. Been getting run around all year. On our way there now but just found out Donna was laid off and we were supposed to meet with her. We have not received one iota of info from anyone. Been thinking about trying quit claim deed back but didn’t have good feeling about coughing up that much money. Sounds like my gut feeling was right. Anyone know our liability in this mess?

If anyone finds out how to file a class-action lawsuit please let this site know. We were in Branson and did call an attorney but got nowhere. Did contact a company that said they would help you sell your timeshare but when I told them is was in foreclosure and was closed down they said they could not help me. exitjames@gmail.com

We (the Simpsons) are owners at Grand Regency Thousand Hills and we would like to have our email address added to any correspondence concerning how any of you are resolving this injustice to us as owners. We have filed with the Missouri Attorney General's office. Our email address is nsimpson@woh.rr.com.

01-10-2018 I have just received a bill for Maintenance fee on Unit 233BE at the Grand Regency. This is a total ongoing night mare that just keeps getting worse and worse. We chose, in 2016 the "buy Back Option" and paid $2255.00 plus Taney Co Filing Fee $27.00 and have hear absolutely nothing except, except the Checks were cashed. Now we receive this "Maintenance fee" charge from "Grand Regency Resort Owners Association ??? What is going on?? Does anyone know anything about this Total SCAM??? Interesting. I sure would not pay it seeing as how the property is completely closed down. What address do they want you to mail payment to? Very curious to know. It would not surprise me if the former owner is sending out invoices trying to scam uninformed owners for yet another year’s dues. Total sleezeball.

It looks like I am to send $375.00 to "Grand Regency Resort Owners Association. Until I find out where the $2255.00 for "Buy Back" + 27.00 for filing fee to Taney County went I am not sending another penny to Branson. This is getting worse all the time. I would think the Better Business Bureau of Branson would have stepped in on this Horror Story Grand Regency. I will never be back to Branson, MO. We own a three bedroom lockout at the Grand Regency and our maintenance fee is $1001; the bill showed up two days ago. The bill came from Missouri Association Management, and I've left my number with them twice, but they haven't called back. They are supposed to have a website up next week with info. I don't feel we should be paying this when the place isn't even usable. I would never pay any fees for them to take it off my hands; if it came to that, we would just get rid of it by defaulting on the maintenance fees. They shouldn't be billing anyone until it is once again usable and back in the II system.

did you read the reply from Kraze - - seems appropriate - - Grand Regency is the biggest "Horror story" in our life. I think the Missouri Atty General should be investigating this obvious Fraudulant behavior of ??? whoever is involved in the ?Management??. Robert Hinckley

Note to all: Call the BBB of Springfield 417-862-4222 and Tell them you are owners of Grand Regency and Colonnade and ask for the office looking into time shares as they talked to me about a hour over a week ago and I filed a claim in April of 2017 and again in Jan of 2018. Ask for Rebecca. We need to file claims. I have been waiting for more information to again the MTG office and the Wood Law firm, but this week will be the deadline by all the information on Redweek. Very important all to include email addresses on your messages! caholmes59@hotmail.com

Sorry I explained it that way. It is the deadline for me as I will be calling ATG office again and Woods Law firm to share what all have been dealing with, as so far I haven't received a bill like many have for 2018. And today the website was to be on line and felt I wanted to see what that told. Thank-you, Carol

From the Red Week emails I have been reading it appears "maintenance fees" are being sent out to some GR owners from two different companies. I have not received anything as yet in the mail but if someone has taken over from the crook that was in charge of GR it looks like there would be an announcement of some kind rather than just a bill being sent out. I am calling the Missouri Attorney General's office (417)895-6567. I encourage all GR owners to do the same.

I called the Attorney general's office and there was no Maggie, and they told me to file a complaint online or they can mail me a complaint form. I also called the BBB and filed a complaint. I encourage others to do the same this week. Also, i received the fees invoice for 2018 and went tho find the website noted on there to be live by the 15th but the link still does not work.
