I have come to the conclusion that there are 3 ways to proceed from here: 1) Continue to post blogs as we are doing now and get some comfort from the ability to complain and vent to each other. I am of the opinion that these blogs do not help our cause. For example, these posts about the annual meeting are otherwise a waste of time. The AG already knows about how the board is elected and how the elections are fixed. I attended one of these meetings several years ago and they are complete scams. The vote is permanently stacked in Eichner's favor and can't/won't be changed. 2) Do nothing. (Essentially the same as 1.) 3) Join the group that has hired a NY real estate attorney and funnel important information to the AG. It also is important to show that we are a large group (now up to 23) with some clout and that we are willing to spend $500 to promote our cause. Needless to say, 3), in my opinion is the only way to proceed. My contact info is listed above and I hope you will come to the same conclusion that I have. Jonathan
jonathan, it's essential to all of us who are thinking about working with the real estate attorney that you have recommended and paid, for us to have his/her name so we can personally verify credentials and previous outcomes in cases like ours with THE MANHATTAN CLUB. the name of the law firm is also important for us to check reliability and past performance. why hasn't this information been provided to us owners in order for us to make our own educated decision that this proposal is or isn't of benefit to us? we have all contributed to the NYSAG'S folio of information concerning our losses due to the fraud and scamming of THE MANATTAN CLUB principals. i don't understand why mr. schneiderman would need this information funneled though an outside attorney since he has his own cadre of deputies working for him.
please comment about this response asap.
