I need to buy 150,000 RCI points to use in Jan and Feb. i need them transfer into my RCI points account. I don’t answer phone call from numbers I don’t know. I get to many span phone calls.

Just make sure you know the proper procedures for selling or giving away. From what you described, it sounds like your property is worth about zero dollars (or less) on the resale market.
You can advertise it here on RedWeek. Timeshare Users Group (aka "TUG"; tugbbs.com) is also a reputable listing site. You can advertise there for free in the Bargain deals forum that you want to give your unit away. You can also try listing on E-Bay.
As well, try asking the resort's Homeowners' Association if it will take your unit back. If all else fails, then stop making payments and let it go into foreclosure. Above all, never pay any company a large, upfront fee to sell, rent out, or "cancel" your timeshare.

After purchasing Marriott points through Red Week and re-registering them with Marriott for $3/point, plus the $300 education fee, do these points have any restrictions for you use compared to buying the points from Marriott?

Are you interested in buying any Marriott timeshare points? I paid $15,900 for 1,000 points.in 2021 or '22. Marriott now sells the same 1,000 points for $17.92 each. I will sell my 1,000 points at a substantial discount from what I paid for them.
