According to the employees I spoke with at Hilton Timeshares in April they are working on the contracts with TMC. So we are still waiting to see what happens next.

There is still an opportunity to join before the stay is lifted. Please review the Amended Complaint (https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=jVhZ7Myv5IvItI/AZy/l9w==) and contact us promptly if you have interest in joining the suit, which is available to all TMC owners, who have suffered the wrongs alleged in the Complaint.

This is the same lawsuit instituted by Mr. Zimmerman, and I have worked with him throughout. (Please refer to the copy of the amended complaint linked above). If you wish to join the suit, please call to discuss the terms of the retainer, as that is not public information.

I paid my money and didn't see my name in the lawsuit which is concerning. Mr. Zimmerman said he'd call me about it but never did. I'm more concerned now.

The amended link didn't work for me, so I can't tell if my name was added to the lawsuit without which I have no standing. Frustrating!

I did get the link to work without the parenthesis, and my name is not in the amended lawsuit. I paid my money to Jean-Marc Zimmerman about a year and a half ago. I just left a voicemail with Steven M. Hoffberg so hopefully I will get a satisfactory resolution soon!
