My family and I are from Florida and are looking to trade for a timeshare in Beech Mountain during the last week of July into the first week of August. Our concern is the resort, Christie Village, has no air conditioning. What is the average temp. during this time? Thank you.

Believe it or not when we stayed at Cedar Village timeshare on Beech Mountain in August one year, we had to turn the gas fireplace on in the mornings. Beech Mountain is the highest elevated incorporated town in the south.
If you're looking for cooler temps in the hot, humid south in the summer months, then Beech Mountain is the place to be.
