Canceling Contract

Please ...can someone answer a couple of questions...

HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO LEGALLY CANCEL ONE OF THESE CONTRACTS? IS 5 DAYS LEGALLY CORRECT IN STATE OF NEVADA?

CAN THEY LEGALLY KEEP ALL THE MONEY I PUT DOWN?

WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS TO GET SOME OF THE MONEY BACK?

OR SHOULD I JUST FORGET THE MONEY AND MOVE ON!

You may be subject to lose more tha just the money you put down. If the sales contract requires you to send notification by "certified return recept requested" by all means follow all the requirements. Do not think you are under anything less than a legal contract.

We're thinking of cacelling, but not if we lose our down payment - did you get your money back?

Read your contracts, all your questions were addressed in them berore you signed them. By the way, this is a great resort.
