Marriott's StreamSide at Vail - Birch, Douglas, and Evergreen

Best rooms at Evergreen

Marriott asked if I wanted to have a view of the Stream, Mountain or Clubhouse for our unit in July. Can anyone tell me which is best or any pros and cons?
