Marriott's Maui Ocean Club - Lahaina Tower

New Towers

So let me make sure I understand this. New towers that are being sold and furnished with full kitchens etc... are only available to their buyers, rented out from their owners, but can not be exchanged with other timeshare properties. Is this correct? Thanks
