I have questions on how the whole process works to post a listing to sell on your site. What are all the costs (closing costs, hidden costs, etc.)? How long is a typical listing up for sale? I own a floating week every odd year 1/1 and owe about $8,000 on the timeshare.

Hi Christine,

For the sale process please visit this link http://www.redweek.com/help/sale_process/owner. There is also information on that page for the closing company.

Our pricing can be found at {url]http://www.redweek.com/pricing-and-details.

Sale postings are good for 12 months with a current membership. How long it takes to actually sell your timeshare really varies. Make sure you price it competitively.

Hope this helps.

Thanks, Marty
