Address of Marriott Surf Watch

Why does Red Week show Grasland Avenue as the address of Surf Watch, when the Surf Watch Resort itself says the address is 10 Fifth St? This could also be the reason the map offered is confusing, showing Surf Watch to the northeast of Marriott Barony, when it's really southwest.
