1 Bdrm with Ocean View???

Has any one bedroom owner ever succssfully booked a week in an ocean view unit? Not me. I'm starting to wonder if this is even a possibility. My request for the Guava building consistently comes back as "unavailable at that time". As far as I know, this is the only 1 bedroom building with ocean views, correct?

The bummer is that when we purchased in 2003, our sales rep told us "owners always get ocean views". Sure...

we've booked Guava 3 times since our purchase in October 2002. We have 2 weeks in odd years - went back in fall 2003, stayed in Guava. Scheduled for March 2005 for Guava but had to bank at the last minute. Late booking in 2007 resulted in garden view. We have Guava booked for October 2009. You have to book right away when the window opens for you. I forget what the precise rules are, but if you follow them, you should be successful. If you wait, you will not get this building. Hope this helps.
