Buying, Renting, and Selling Timeshares

Aftermarket.... Garden View vs. Ocean View condos...

Hi. I am new to this forum.... I am contemplating an aftermarket(from the listings here). As far as trading for redweek points, or to II, is there any advantage to Oceanview versus Gardenview? Is there a premium associated with an Oceanview?

Any view of the ocean is preferable to a garden view for the vast majority of people.
