help, scared

I bought sight unseen sheraton vistana fountains 2, going in feb of 09. I also traded this years week thru RCI and rented same week so my sisters family can join us, they are at palms, i am in fountains. can anyone tell me about both???

=========== tripadvisors is a great site, but you need to base your opinion on all the reviews (and keep an open mind). I've seen reviews that are as different as night and day posted a couple days apart. Many discrepancies are due to the type and location of a unit. One person might stay in an older unit that needs updated furniture or maintanence work. Another person might be staying in a new unit and have no problems. I try to base my opinon on how the resort handles a problem.

I also like tripadvisor.com and I always check it for resort reviews as well as Redweek. Yes, the reviews can be as different as night and day since tripadvisor is not solely for timeshare owners. You get an array of opinions from different walks of life from all kinds of travelers. I try to keep an open mind.

I own here also, and you have nothing to worry about. they are refurbishing all of the units and the amenities are plentiful. They have room service and all sorts of things to do onsite. Don't worry.
