Yes, you can bank this year's week for future use if you belong to an exchange company such as Redweek, RCI or II.

It depends on the resort ... you can request 2 weeks back to back in the same unit. Being that weeks 40 and 41 are off season, you would more than likely be successful since you are an owner at Orange Lake.
