Do you know of anyone who owns RHI points, and can explain why they sale and are potected under Carribbean Laws but can get away with hounding owners by having a servicing organization stateside that can go after you using stateside collection and possibly in U. S. Courts? Also, has anyone had any success relinquishing their acquisition and can share their methods?
