AI Resort fees

Is is possible to buy into an All-inclusive fee at the resort? You can rent hotel rooms from Marriott Frenchmens Cove and Morningstar and have this added to your room and was wondering if it is possible to add as part of the Timeshare part of the resort.

Also, are guests of the hotel part of the resort allowed to use the pool near the timeshare area?

It is not offered by the Frenchman's Cove Resort only the Reef Hotel and Morningstar Resort.

The Frenchman's Cove Timeshare resort amenities including the pool are only available to owners or people staying at the Cove. The Evening Star Beach which is the Coves beach has public access. Every beach on St. Thomas including the Ritz Carlton is public access acording to the Virgin Islands Government Laws.
