Marriott's StreamSide at Vail - Birch, Douglas, and Evergreen

Renting out my time at Marriot Streamside

I have a week at the end of January in Marriot Streamside-Douglas building. I traded my time at Marriot Shadow Ridge to get this week and now may not be able to use it. Am I able to put it on here for rent, or do all of you that are renting yours out actually own that week at that resort?
