??? regarding Marriott's BeachPlace Towers is it hard to get around for seniors??

I have an opportunity to rent a week at Marriott BP Towers. I am bringing my mother-in-law, who will be 70, and not an active 70. The place looks huge. Is it alot of walking to and from parking garage, towers, beach, etc? I am comparing this location to Palm Beach Shores for ease of accessibility.
