Hi,
RedWeek is working on updating this resort page and would greatly appreciate any feedback from owners and/or visitors. Is all the information correct including photos? Is there anything else we can add that would be helpful for those visiting this resort?
Thank you all for your input in helping to best represent Marriott's Crystal Shores resort page on RedWeek!

Does anyone know if they are EVER going to start building phase 2, and 3, etc?

The second two towers are under construction now, and are expected to be completed by mid-2017. The new towers will feature a formal lobby/check in area. (Currently check in is a temporary building and there is no central lobby.) A third pool is under construction as well. The covered parking lot structure portion of the new buildings has been completed and is open.
