Sheraton Dessert Oasis

Does anyone have trouble trading their SDO for Disney resorts? I am thinking about buying a 2 bedroom unit. High maintenance fees. Do they keep this place top notch?

Just me, but I'd never buy a timeshare just to trade, but to each his/her own.
