What I would like to know is what line of action resorts planned in the beginning for such an economic collapse as today with so many owners defaulting on paying maintenance fees, not to speak of those defaulting on timeshare mortgages from developer financing .... surely they knew it would happen eventually since all bubbles burst and luxuries (timeshares are definitely luxuries) are the first to go.
Anyone know ????
