The Westin Princeville Resort (Please Read)

My friends and I had the most terrible experience staying at the westin! There has been signs of bed bugs and numurous occasions told to me by a room attendant there. Housekeeping staff could not speak english, which was frustrating for us. Also speaking with there supervisor was an extremely uncomfortable situation. I do not recommend anyone staying here! If your looking for a good and clean place to stay on the Island I would recommend St. REGIS, you folks will not have a problem there!

This posting is simply an attempt to slander the resort. I have stayed at the Westin Princeville on numerous occasions, and none of the experiences described have taken place.

I agree. I have stayed at the Westin Princeville on four separate occasions over the past six years and have never, ever experienced anything but the best service and hospitality at this resort.

Agreed the above post is pure fiction and slander.

We stayed in early July 2025 and were attacked by bed bugs in Building 6, Rm 6107. Also, it seems like the hotel wants to hide this issue not to loose customers or issue a refund to the affected parties, but this is a serious health and safety concern and is way beyond profit.
