Marriott Aruba Surf Club 2012 Maintenance Fees

Has anyone received the 2012 MF from Marriott Aruba Surf Club, yet? Fees have gone up almost 15 percent over 2011! As usual, they are blaming the government of Aruba, etc. Personally I'm getting tired of these lame excuses. Any suggestions on how to hold this board more accountable?
