ICE / Westgate Cruise and Travel - Any experiences?

Considering buying the 35 year membership...not sure if it's a benefit and worth while...Any advice appreciated

I bought a lifetime membership several years ago when it was ICE. Have not used it yet. I think their points to discount for cruises is only beneficial on long, expensive cruises. And, any exchange of a timeshare for a cruise is not worth it in my opinion.

Don't bite ..... you can book cruises on the many travel/cruise sites online and not be encumbered with ongoing fees for 35 years.

Customer service is HORRIBLE! Had to call three times to cancel a car reservation. I called Westgate direct and said it wasn't their department then transfered me to thirf party (in Mexico). HORRIBLE over the phone experience.
