advice on best timing for using this site?

I was a RedWeek member about a year ago...at the time, I was hoping to rent out my timeshare but I think I waited too long to post it.

Now, I am thinking about it again but way ahead of time! It is for Thansgiving week in Maui for 2015.

When should I post this? Would it be best to wait since it is the end of Dec 2014 now? Maybe wait till March or so?

It's really hard to say. I wouldn't wait too long. I would think you would want it rented a minimum of 4 months in advance. So maybe February for a 6 month ad?

Very hard to say, but I recommend that you have it listed as of the earliest date one can purchase airfare (generally around 330 days ahead of travel), although most of my rentals have occurred about 3-4 months out.

I would post it as soon as possible. I am looking for a rental in December 2015 and wish that people would post their rentals NOW before I book elsewhere!!!
