I have a Newport Coast Villa Timeshare due to my divorce a few years back. Honestly, I didn't want it, so I rent it out to cover HOA/ tax cost.
My question, what is the best week (busiest) to rent a timeshare? I have a 52 week window. I was thinking July 4th week or Christmas. Any advice or opinions would be appreciated.
