Safe way to transfer funds

If you are able to transfer ownership through your resort, what is a safe and reliable way to have the funds held and paid out after transfer has been completed without using the services of an escrow company. Or do escrow companies have a fee just for holding funds?

JRA http://timeshareresaleclosings.com/fees.html offers an escrow only service for $100. There may be other companies that offer it as well.
